How do I choose the right headboard?
You should choose a headboard based on the size of your bed. Therefore, a bed that is 180 cm wide should have a headboard that is at least 180 cm wide. You can read more in our guide Headboards - how to choose the right design for you.

Can a headboard be bigger than the bed?
The usual choice is to match the width of the headboard with the bed, but if you want to add a touch of luxury, you can definitely go for a headboard that's larger than the bed. It's all about personal preference and style!

 What fabric should I have on my headboard?
It depends on the feeling you want to create in your bedroom. Our headboards are handcrafted to order and upholstered in carefully selected fabrics. Choose between our velvet fabric, canvas fabric, or a furniture fabric with a linen structure. 

How do I choose the right headboard height?
It's entirely up to you and your preferences. It's a good idea to measure for what feels right and comfortable while sitting up in bed. Our models vary somewhat in height, and all come with 3 cm high feet. Taller headboard legs are sold separately if you want the headboard to be higher. 

Are there legs available for headboards?
Yes, there are! Our headboard legs in solid beech come in three heights, 10, 15, and 21 cm. 

How do I clean my headboard?
You clean your headboard with foam wash. Our Alexandra and Bianca headboards come with removable covers that can be dry cleaned.  

Can I change the cover on my headboard?

Why should I have a headboard?
A headboard gives a softer and more cosy feeling in the bedroom. It's comfortable to lean against when you read or have breakfast in bed. Additionally, it provides sound insulation and protects the wall behind the bed from marks and stains.
