About choosing down

Sleeping in natural materials is something we highly recommend. Therefore we prioritize to produce our products in 100% pure materials such as cotton, wool, linen and down.

When it comes to duvets and pillows, there are a wide range of products that affect both the environment and sense of use. Synthetic materials can often be experienced as insulating and give a compact and fixed feeling.

One of the advantages of down is that it gives an even temperature and therefore the right conditions for a comfortable sleep.

Our down is manufactured in Poland in a smaller factory with carefully controls of quality and procurement of materials. The down is purchased from a slaughterhouse and that ensures that there are no springs from live birds. That is secured by an IDFL certificate that examines the origin. According to EU legislation, it is illegally to force-feeding birds under breeding.

The down is carefully sorted and washed and the fabric around the duvets and pillows is made of 100% pure fine cotton. It gives a comfortable feeling and is tight enough to relieve mites. We guarantee this by being recommended by the Swedish Asthma and Allergy Association. Therefore you can feel completely confident when using our products.
